Property Compliance Officer
Are you passionate about safety and compliance? We're hiring a Safety Servicing Manager to lead our high-quality, customer-focused safety programmes. In this hybrid role, you'll collaborate with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to ensure homes meet and exceed all standards.
Hybrid role but there is an expectation to attend the office 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage safety servicing programmes, meeting statutory obligations.
Facilitate access for safety inspections, enforcing policies as needed.
Monitor contractors' operational performance.
Oversee gas, asbestos, and water safety programmes.
Support Property Inspectors in delivering Property MOT inspections.
Work with Housing and Customer Service teams on recharges.
