Your new role:

This is a key role within the organisation and my client is looking for an experienced, dedicated, Administrator to provide all aspects of administrative support to the Team.

As Senior Administrator, you'll enjoy a varied role and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.

Role overview:

  • Schedule management: Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of Executive Team.
  • Administrative tasks: Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with document management.
  • Event coordination: Arrange conferences, workshops, and company events.
  • Travel logistics: Book flights, accommodations, and transport.
  • Personal support: Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Discretion and the ability to work confidentiality
