About the role:
As a Paid Media Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our multi-channel accounts, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance and delivering results.
Main Responsibilities:
Analysing multi-channel data (planning, strategy and tactical behaviours).
Reporting and making recommendations based on targets and KPIs.
Managing monthly budgets (PPC primarily but not exclusively).
Managing new campaigns (in-house and with agency partners).
Undertaking cross-platform and cross-departmental research for CRO - to target audiences, working as part of creative team.
Setting up attribution tracking; including Google Tag Manager for triggers, tags and testing containers.
Using Google Analytics and other platforms for informed, data-driven decision-making.
Conducting monthly or quarterly account / agency audits and reviews.
This list of duties is not exhaustive, and the appointed person may be expected to take on additional responsibilities as required by their line manager.
Candidate Profile:
We invite candidates who possess the following attributes:
Previous paid media experience in either agency or client settings is essential.
Ideally, certifications in Google Ads Search Fundamentals, Google Ads Display, Shopping Ads (Shopify), and Google Analytics for Beginners.
Knowledge and experience with Google Search Console, running campaigns across Google Ads; familiarity with Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and PowerBi is a bonus.
Keen attention to detail and a transparent, analytical mindset.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and communicate confidently with colleagues and agencies.
