Early Help Admin Co-ordinator

30 Hours per week

£23,241.89



Early Help and Prevention is a whole system approach, working in a collaborative way to support children, young people, and
families to build on their strengths, overcome challenges and make positive changes for themselves.



The role will include:

* Undertaking administrative duties required to ensure the effective, efficient running of the Fenchurch and Octagon Family Hubs,
liaising closely with relevant agencies/providers of services.
* Providing and managing an efficient and responsive business support service to Goodwin Family Hubs in accordance with the local
needs under the direction of the Early Help Manager; to ensure the efficient administration of Fenchurch and Octagon Family
Hubs, maximising full potential Services. To work flexibly across both Fenchurch and Octagon Family Hubs to meet the needs of
the service
* Managing a small team of EH Administrators, providing supervision and personal development reviews.
* Supporting services and an opportunity to become part of a professional and dedicated team



To be successful in this role you will:

* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children, young people and families.
* Have a high level of self-motivation, excellent organisational skills, ability to work on their own initiative and be able to
deal with confidential material discreetly.
* Have problem solving and data entry skills, producing timely monitoring and evaluation reports and the ability to offer
mentoring support, advice and guidance to others.
* Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of using integrated I.T. systems.
* Have relevant Business Administration /IT Level 3 equivalent or working towards
