Summary
Site Administrator - FM Provider - Canary Wharf, London - £35k per annum
CBW are currently looking for a Site Administrator based in Canary Wharf, London to work with one of their key clients. Day to day duties will include scheduling engineers diaries, using CAFM system Elog books and all aspects of Finance.
Hours of Work / Details:
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- Office based
Key Duties:
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors to schedule appointments and arrange access.
- Using internal bespoke software for diary appointments
- Maintenance of E-log books – Online portal for PPM planner
- Raising Purchase Orders and placing orders for engineers, sub-contractors
- Raising/processing quotes for clients and sending for approval
- Following up on outstanding quotes
- Setting up new PPM Contracts/Manuals
- Processing correspondence and certificates for clients
- Contract renewals
- Liaising with supervisor to arrange engineers diaries
- Scanning all relevant documents and uploading
- General administration tasks
Requirements:
- Experience working in a FM environment
- General administration experience
- IT proficient
