Summary
The Governors of Fairholme Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support Practitioner to join our team, working across KS1 and KS2.
We are seeking a talented, passionate and highly motivated person who will:
have experience of working with children and supporting learning in a school environment
work under the direction of teaching/senior staff and use initiative to support learning
have high expectations of learning and behaviour
develop positive working relationships with staff, children and parents
be able to support individuals and groups of children with learning and behaviour
be experienced in working with SEN children
be able to work flexibly across KS1 and KS2
be passionate about children’s learning, development and welfare
share our school values and positively contribute to our school team and community
