Hyde is looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator.

As a Commercial Administrator at Hyde you will be working within Property Services supporting in various aspects of commercial administration, including contract management, financial oversight, and relationship coordination with subcontractors and property maintenance.
Responsibilities
Issue notice of completion for works when successfully completed.
Liaising with subcontractors to ensure correct invoice process is followed.
Work closely with the finance team to manage subcontractor invoicing and payments.
Raise purchase orders in a timely manner.
Track project costs associated with subcontractor works and contribute to budgetary control.
Skills and Experience Required
Good IT Proficiency, including MS packages
Previous experience working within a commercial environment in housing
Able to work with a high volume workload
Excellent eye for detail
Knowledge of Nat Fed Code book v6.1 & v7.1
