While our Covent Garden theatre is the nerve centre, the impact and influence of the organisation can be felt in every corner of the country, and around the world.

The Audiences and Commercial division will deliver £80M+ income in 24/25, through commercial activities including Box Office, Brand Partnerships, Catering, Retail, Streaming our Global Cinema Programme and exploitation of IP. You will have the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with high productivity and keeping a calm and level head. You will have a professional and confident manner, with a flexible and positive approach.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

PA experience working at Director level, ideally within a large organisation and experience of complex diary management The ability to work at a senior level, and deal effectively with confidential and urgent matters, anticipating and planning effectively Good project coordination skills, able to maintain a project plan and see through small projects to completion, summarising complex information and managing information flow Competency across the Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn new systems and procedures and become operational in a short space of time Good judgement and the initiative to request information when needed; able to take responsibility and make informed decisions under pressure The ability to help coordinate a division of 100+ colleagues, ensuring ways of working are clear, helping plan divisional team meetings and building/maintaining the rhythm and routine for the department
