Grove Developments is rapidly growing company formed by Arora to design; build and project manage hotel developments, new build apartments, office fit-outs and secure facilities. Specialisms include architectural design, quantity surveying, planning, project management and M&E.
The expert team has been involved in a number of landmark projects including the iconic 605 bedroom, 45 meeting room, Sofitel London Heathrow at Terminal 5, as well as refurbishments of the 518 bedroom Sofitel London Gatwick and the 700+ bedroom Renaissance London Heathrow Hotels.
The current flagship development is a brand new luxury 251 bedroom Fairmont Windsor Park opened in Novemeber 2021 located on the edge of historic Windsor Great Park and within an hour of London, the hotel is surrounded by 40 acres of open green space featuring a tranquil lake. The hotel has been designed to reflect the site’s heritage while offering modern elegance.
We are seeking a highly motivated experienced professional with a strong construction management background to join our extremely regarded Developments team as Senior Quanitity Surveyor.
Prject Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will come from a main contracting background in Construction Industry and have a stable record of employment with experience of working on Design and Build and Construction Management projects using JCT contracts in a large scale projects. The Project Quantity Surveyor will have experience of the full commercial function, from cost planning, procurement of sub contractors, to final accounts with a recognised contractor.
