BENEFITS: Pension 5% employer contribution.Supermarket & High Street Discounts.Employee Assistant Programme.Employee referral scheme.25 days annual leave.JOB PURPOSE: The post holder will be responsible for improving vaccination uptake by obtaining informed consent under the supervision of the Call Centre Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with Company policies & procedures
Work collaboratively
to support the team to facilitate the smooth continuity of service delivery.

Assist in the day to day running of the immunisation programme's call centre.

Handle calls and emails from and to parents/carers booking children in for vaccinations within community clinics.

Coordinating the operation of the community clinics in line with company policy and procedures where directed.

Working towards KPI's
to ensure targets are achieved.

Participate positively
in regular team meetings.
Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Understands and implements the principles of informed consent.
Knowledge of principles of data protection
Experience in call center or customer service

Experience of working in a health care setting
Have a clear and polite telephone manner.
Bilingual skills
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Work independently and as part of a team.

IT literate including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
