Prestigious opportunity for a Service Transition & Design Analyst to join our pioneering digital transformation.
Co-ordinating an end to end Service Assurance (Service Design and Transition) processes. You will be responsible for work ensuring that new and changed IT Services have a complete Service Design Package, and that it meets the agreed Service Transition and Operational Readiness measures, which includes creation of artefacts such as runbooks, configuration of ITIL service support processes, support and RACI models, Disaster Recovery plans, and the completion of knowledge transfer.
If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!
- Experience of co-ordinating/managing Service Design and Service Transition activities for new and changed services
- Experience of collaborating with stakeholders to successfully onboard all new and changed solutions delivered into the production environment
- Demonstrable understanding of Availability Management, Capacity Management and Information and Governance
- Understanding of ITIL
- Experience of project delivery and working within a governance framework
- Experience of security system implementation is advantageous but not essential.
