Pinnacle Group are looking for a confident People Partner to improve the experience for colleagues and aid the team in developing great service to our Service Families and liaise with the Senior Leadership Team. You will be joining our Homes Team, the role is remote with travel to our head office in Holborn and Speke, Liverpool. Your role will entail owning the people strategy and managing the overall employee experience. You will have a HR background and be a confident self starter with creativity to think outside the box to improve colleague experiences and be driven to support staff members to create an environment that fosters productivity and positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the leadership team in driving a performance culture by implementing a robust performance management framework that supports employee and organisational growth.
• Guide line managers in the performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback and development plans.
• Design and implement a program to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Use data to identify trends, solve problems and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to recognise and celebrate employee achievements and milestones.

Key requirements:

• Prior leadership/partner experience
• Experience in developing employee experience
• Prior experience in a HR setting
• People focused
