Role Overview: As a Desk Based Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a defined customer base. Your focus will be on driving value and growth by leveraging the PSUK proposition. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in executing strategic campaigns throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to enhance compliance and satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Analyse customer spend data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate client records.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both over the phone and during virtual meetings (using MS Teams).
- Passion for Sales: Show enthusiasm and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Interest in sales or account management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self-motivated and organized
