Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hard working person to join our dedicated payroll and pensions team.
You will work to ensure that we provide a comprehensive and responsive in-house payroll service. Along with Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy trust, we also provide Payroll services Derbyshire and Leicestershire covering 64 school.
Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, brings together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire. Our Central Team office is located just outside of Nottingham city centre and operates a hybrid working model of 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
About the role
As Payroll and Pensions officer you will:
Maintain accurate records within our HR system and produce monthly payroll reports.
Respond to telephone calls and emails into the Payroll Helpdesk.
Assist in preparing for the internal and external audit process.
Deliver an efficient, effective and customer focused payroll and pension service to all academies within the Multi-Academy Trust.
This is a permanent full-time role available from August 2024 working 37 hours per week, all year round.
About you:
You have experience of working in a busy payroll, pensions or financial role.
You can manage a varied and complex workload, ensuring delivery against strict deadlines.
You are adept at working with and managing large amounts of complex information.
You are a strong communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You are highly ICT literate with the ability to quickly adapt to different ICT systems.
You have a payroll or finance qualification or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
