Creating those memorable hospitality experiences for our guests commences as soon as they walk through our hotel doors and as the old saying goes “first impressions last”.
Being one of our Front of Office Managers you will oversee one of the most important operations at the hotel. YOU will lead from the front (no pun intended) in delivering memorable experiences and maintaining high levels of service at all times.
YOUR team will be responsible for greeting our guests and ensuring their arrival experience is smooth and effectively managed. YOU will motivate the team through a positive and engaging culture to deliver this exceptional hospitality service.
It should be natural for you to lead and give direction to a team of Hospitality Service Experts who are passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. And being a people person, you will thrive in taking ownership of their ongoing development.

Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in managing the front office departments within a busy hotel environment.
- YOU will possess exceptional people management
- Possess good commercial awareness and sales capabilities
- Branded hotel experience (Preferred)
- Budget and P&L experience
- Experienced user of Opera, Delphi, and Microsoft Office (Preferred)
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A positive and engaging demeanour with the ability to drive and motivate teams.
