Are you an exceptionally organised and detail-oriented individual with a track record of providing high-quality personal assistant services and experience working in a project-based environment? We're seeking a proactive and professional Personal Assistant to support our dynamic Culture, Leadership & Learning Senior Management Team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by supporting the SMT with administrative tasks and leading discrete projects for the team.

You will be joining our department during a period of significant change and transition. You must be adaptable, capable of managing multiple competing priorities, and able to respond positively to shifting deadlines. Confidence in navigating ambiguity and complexity is essential.

You will need to possess:

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, coupled with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· The ability to remain composed when working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines, while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanour.

· Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills with keen attention to detail.

· A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to the Director of Culture, Leadership, and Learning and the Senior Management Team. This includes diary management, coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Take ownership of and deliver short-term projects in accordance with project management best practice.

Undertake research tasks, gather and analyse data, and prepare and proofread reports and presentations for and on behalf of the SMT.

Efficiently organise meetings and events, from booking venues and communicating with attendees to preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring seamless delivery.

Assist with HR and administrative processes such as recruitment, induction and onboarding of new team members, recording team absences, and managing bank shifts.

Support the Head of Business Operations to implement and manage finance and operational governance processes and procedures.

Collaborate on various administrative activities across the department to ensure operational excellence.

Due to the nature of the role in supporting the SMT, this role is primarily based at the department’s office at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Mondays to Fridays.
