Crynodeb
- Ensure efficient and effective rota cover across both sites (Gloucestershire Royal Hospital & Cheltenham General Hospital). - Support the other rota co-ordinators with the process for Consultants & Junior Doctors Annual / Study Leave, adhering to the Trusts and our local leave policy. - Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement. - Covering and backfilling rota gaps at times requesting Doctors to cross site cover in order to ensure accurate staffing levels. - Cover commitments and take on additional responsibilities when other rota co-ordinators are on leave/sick. - Submit any additional locum shifts on Locums nest. - Carry out any other duties that reasonably fall within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post, and as determined by the General Manager.
