Summary
You are required to have or be able to: - Certificate on Adult Literacy and Numeracy - To have completed the Care certificate or to complete in first 12 weeks of employment - Willingness to have continued personal and professional development - IT skills (Trakcare, Electronic Patient Record, NHS Mail) which can be developed - Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills. - Work effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team. -Demonstrates a positive, forward thinking and creative approach to change and an ability to be resilient and self-resourceful.
