We're looking for a Finance Administrator to join the Co-op Finance team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You'll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member-owners everyday'.
As a Finance Administrator you'll assist with a variety of admin tasks related to At Need Funerals, working closely with our Customer Service, Finance, and Branch teams. We'll look to you to manage your own workload and make sure all tasks are completed on time, including refund processes and inputting data into our finance and administrative system.
What you'll do
- Complete any refund processes
- Input all actions and data accurately into our finance and administrative system
- Answer general queries emails from our Customer Service and Branch teams and support them in resolving issues
- Collaborate with the wider team, supporting on different projects and helping other colleagues as needed
- Keep our systems up to date and accurate
- Identify and explore opportunities to continuously improve our service
