Outreach Community & Residential Services are a charity, providing residential and community services for adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health need
and we are looking for a part time Finance administrator to assist the Finance Manager with day to day management of our financial systems.
Key Tasks
To maintain the organisations sales and purchase ledgers
To enter transactions in cash accounts
To assist with the monthly payroll.
To work on Excel tasks to analyse information.
To prioritise their own work load to given deadlines
To maintain confidentiality and GDPR regulations.
To work within Outreach’s policies and procedures.
To undertake appropriate training and actively attend meetings and reflection meetings as and when required.
To be proactive in the development, evaluation and monitoring of administration and personnel procedures and systems.
To undertake other appropriate tasks/duties as directed.
Requirements
The applicant must have some experience of entering financial information. Knowledge of Sage accounts would be an advantage.
The role will start with 2 days per week – flexible working once applicant has completed induction and probationary period. Full training will be given.
