Curriculum Administrative Assistant
Pro rata of £23,151 per annum (i.e. £10,790.97)
19 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
As our Curriculum Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in our Creative Industries team, providing comprehensive administrative support to this unique curriculum area to ensure it operates effectively for our students and other customers. Tasks are extremely varied, and include timetabling, attendance and register monitoring, purchases, sickness tracking, exam support.
This diverse role requires a very highly organised, efficient, and flexible individual who is both process and customer focused, and able to produce all work to a very high standard and to tight deadlines. As our Curriculum Administrative Assistant, you will deliver a very high level of customer service to students, staff, and external stakeholders, together with the ability to manage enquiries, work collaboratively with other College departments and communicate effectively. Attendance at College events will also be required and this may involve occasional evening and weekend work.
