The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, securing brand partnerships, and collaborating with influencers. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
2. Brand Partnerships:
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with brands to expand our reach and influence.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing brand partners to ensure ongoing collaboration.
3. Influencer Collaboration:
- Identify and recruit influencers that align with our brand and campaign goals.
- Develop strong relationships with influencers to create impactful marketing initiatives.
4. Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, videos, and other promotional content.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and campaign objectives.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
6. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to the executive team.
- Optimize marketing budget expenditure to achieve maximum ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role, preferably in the influencer marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and French/Spanish
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Must be based in Manchester, UK.
