Basic salary of up to £50,000pa & OTE of £95,000 per annum

Our leading Social Work recruitment business Liquid Personnel has a Recruitment Manager opening in Manchester, M1 to join our expanding team. As our Recruitment Manager, you will be leading from the front, whilst providing support and guidance to a team of up to 9 consultants, from trainee to principles on an established and successful desk.

Every day you will…

Drive your team to hit and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining a focus on customer service and retention
Driving margin growth by building strong client and candidate relationships through your own activities
Provide effective leadership, motivation and guidance, helping Consultants to grow the desk and develop their recruitment careers, by providing on-the-job coaching and training
Develop and maintain senior level relationships within key customers and target organisations to win new business opportunities

A proven track record of success and billings in a recruitment role
