Recruitment Consultant
Manchester City Centre
£28,000 - £33,000 + uncapped commission
Objective: Own the full recruitment cycle-source, attract, and place top talent while building strong client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Win new business through cold calling, networking, and social media
Build and maintain strong client partnerships with tailored recruitment solutions
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit
Manage the hiring process from CV submission to offer and onboarding
Keep CRM records up to date and stay informed on market trends
What You'll Need
Proven experience in recruitment or sales with lead generation
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM systems, social media, and Microsoft Office
