Description
We are currently seeking an experienced ASW - Social Worker with at least 2 years of post qualification experience to join our team in the Assessment & Safeguarding department. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families.
Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to determine their needs and risks
Developing and implementing care plans that address the identified needs and risks
Providing appropriate support and intervention to individuals and families to promote their well-being and safety
Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and resources
Participating in case conferences and multi-agency meetings to discuss and review individual cases
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation
Engaging in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and developments in the field
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
Current licensure as an Associate Social Worker (ASW)
At least 2 years of post qualification experience as a social worker
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
Excellent assessment and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
Standard DBS required
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.95
Location: North London, London
