Singing in the rain or dancing to the greatest showman, Lou loves musicals and pantomimes. She is also a big fan of Harry Potter so much so she named her kitten Harry.
As a support worker for Lou you will work hands on supporting her on her continued journey to independence. Lou is in a blossoming relationship but needs support at times to manage her feelings around this. When supporting Lou you might be hunting out bargains in a charity shop or singing and dancing with her to musicals.
Lou has a great sense of humour and so you will be guaranteed some fun and she loves a practical joke. At times she can struggle to manage her feelings and so you will use your skills to provide emotional support, showing patience and kindness when she needs it. Your job will be to provide emotional security and support to Lou to begin to understand and manage her feelings and emotions. Lou is looking for someone who can be a bit of a motherly figure, someone mature with some life experience.
