Job description
We are advertising for Complex Support Worker’s in the Plymouth area, that are able to work 24-36 hours plus a week including some weekends?
The role of a Complex Support Worker requires supporting individuals with varying levels of behaviours of concern which will be safely managed by multiple staff to person ratio along with systems to support the person’s needs with a positive approach.
You will need to be robust and confident in dealing with challenging situations but have a caring, patient approach with flexibility to meet the needs of our clients.
You will be trained to a high level from mandatory training, right through to safety intervention training.
Other responsibilities will include assisting the client to access the community, maintain their tenancies and pay bills etc.
Expectations
. Element of weekend work will be required
. Minimum of 24-hour contract
. If you are a driver - Clean Full UK Driving Licence (1+ yrs)
