•Effective support of all activities within the colorectal services.

•To provide the best possible customer service to external and internal customers.

•To liaise with GP’s, patients and all clerical and clinical staff on any day-to-day queries.

•Work to FDS, 62 day and 2 week cancer targets

•Be key to flagging up and delays to the patient’s pathway, proactivity managing and troubleshooting to unblock delays.

•Working close with the Straight to Test tea

•Ensure knowledge of all long waiter patients and their pathways.

•Provide daily reporting on any patients delayed to the General Manager

•Attend daily huddles, chair meetings and provide staff one-to-ones as required
• Provide effective support for colorectal service activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience.
• Accurately process and book outpatient appointments according to the Trust Access Policy.
