Job Overview
-As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in our Security team, committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment within our premium retail outlet. Your responsibilities include maintaining high security standards and delivering outstanding customer service.
Main DutiesOperations
-Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and occupants.
-Consistently offer and promote exceptional customer service.
-Assist and monitor the security team in responding to incidents, and all emergency procedures.
-Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises, and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols during building patrols.
-Implement loss prevention strategies.
-Effectively manage traffic within the premises.
-Handle security matters related to the night-time economy.
-Prevent and detect fire, water leaks, and any potential safety hazards.
Skills and Experience
-Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and customer service capabilities.
-Experience working both independently and within a team.
-A CCTV License is desirable but not essential for this position.
-Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to security.
-Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments.
-Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and excellent time management skills.
What We Are Looking For
-Previous security experience.
-Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor/Security Guarding).
-A five-year checkable work history.
