in our portfolio, we are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Engineering Team.

We are looking for two Coastal Engineer/Coastal Project Engineers to help us protect communities and shape our coastal landscape
for future generations. You will work across a variety of ground-breaking design and construction projects. These include hard
civil engineering works, softer beach management activities, asset management and maintenance. The successful candidate will have
the opportunity to be involved in all areas of the team’s work. We are particularly interested in knowledgeable candidates with

interested stakeholders, and devise and execute procurement strategies for external suppliers of both professional services and

and managing our framework consultant design partners including management of NEC Professional Services Contracts, as well as
contract management of our construction contractors including the management of NEC4 Engineering Construction Contracts.

Assistant Project Managers support our Project Managers in all aspects of project work to develop and train their skills for role
progression.

You will need a degree in civil engineering or closely related discipline and applications are welcome from experienced
candidates, graduates and final year students, with relevant training provided to support your role as part of an integrated
design team. Experience in working with and managing NEC Contracts is desirable. This is a career graded post with the initial
salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

Site Supervisors/Engineers

Working with the client team on our live construction sites you will support the NEC Project Manager in monitoring the
construction works, resolving technical issues, undertaking tests, inspections and surveys along with daily record keeping,
stakeholder liaison and Health & Safety checks. You will work alongside our NEC Project Managers and will either be the senior
supervisor, or work alongside our senior supervisors (experience depending) to successfully deliver the construction phase of our
coastal engineering capital and maintenance projects.

You will have knowledge of civil engineering process, and construction methods and keen to apply your skills and experience to
problem solve site issues. You will need a degree in civil engineering or closely related discipline and applications are welcome

Asset Management and Asset Inspections

Coastal Partners manages 246km of coastline across the five local authorities, with a legacy of existing and aging coastal
