We would like to offer a position for the Retail Manager at Factory Direct Beds, the retail arm of Vogue Beds Group
The manager will be well versed in running a retail shop but will also look and explore other opportunities of sales, with B2B companies local and national, finding new avenues for the retail shop to expand selling beds, example housing associations, Guest houses, rental property companies and so forth.

Key responsibilities
- Managing the overall operation of the store and increase store and sales productivity
- Plan, assist with the MD sales, profit targets, productivity goals
- Overall operation of the store to ensure that assigned store productivity, sales and profitability goals are achieved and exceeded
-Ensure the store has the highest level of standards around presentation, cleanliness, staff appearance and customer service
- Ensuring that all staff possess excellent product knowledge and are regularly trained on new products
- Actively promote and work to increase the client base for retail and B2B
- Understand advertisement and look to promote the awareness of the shop with online and traditional campaigns
- basic understanding of websites by promoting the shop online via own website and other related websites
- Working weekends and being flexible to the requirement of the business
Essential requirements
-Experience of retail sales
-Previous experience in managing a team
-Excellent communication skills
-Friendly and proactive attitude
-The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
-High standards of customer service
-Organised and motivated
-Full driving license
Job Type: 30 Hours Minimum to 40 Hours – Involves working weekends
Experience:
• Retail Management: 1 to 2 years.
• Highly competitive salary with bonus package
