Operations Manager

Grade: 7 (£37,051 - £43,907) per annum

37 hours per week, All year round

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to co-ordinate and oversee day to day operations at The Hinckley School, and to secure effective value for money services and solutions, to facilitate the delivery of outstanding educational outcomes and a safe learning and working environment

The successful candidate will contribute to our success by working with colleagues across a range of responsibilities including admissions, cover, marketing, customer service, contract and risk management and the management of the school estate.

They will possess excellent communication, business planning and problem-solving skills, with experience of successfully leading and developing a team of people, setting targets and monitoring performance.
