As a Management Trainer at SCL Professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our apprenticeship learners on the Level 3 Team Leader Supervisor and Level 5 Operations Departmental Manager Standards. You will be responsible for effectively managing a caseload of up to 40 learners, guiding them to successfully achieve and exceed their targets. Your expertise in designing and delivering engaging teaching, learning, and assessment sessions will motivate, challenge, and develop learners' knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
