We are looking for a qualified and adept security manager to join our team at Black Rock Security & FM Limited. The primary role of the security manager will be to develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols to protect clients against threats, theft, vandalism and other security risks. This involves conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and devising appropriate security measures.

The security manager will also lead a team of security personnel. They will be responsible for training, performance and adherence to security protocols for ensuring a safe work environment. As part of these responsibilities, the security manager will manage the distribution of the necessary equipment to security personnel.

Alongside this, the security manager will also manage the sale of security equipment via the companies eCommerce website and other third party eCommerce channels (e.g. Amazon, TikTok Shop) to the general public.

The specific responsibilities of the security manager include the following:

• Develop and implement extensive security plans, policies and procedures to protect the personnel, assets and information of clients.
• Lead, train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge and equipment to perform their duties effectively.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
• Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents and violations, document findings and implement corrective actions.
• Educate employees on security awareness, policies and procedures through training programs and communication initiatives.
• Stay informed about the latest security technologies, trends and regulatory requirements and make recommendations for enhancements to the security program.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, secure, and optimised for sales.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website and promote security products, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
• Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including pricing, promotions, and product presentation
