Crynodeb
General caretaking duties. Opening and closing premises. Overseeing cleaners. liaising with service and other contractors and other useers on site. Setting up and taking down tables etc. Some cleaning. Reporting faults and repairs. Carrying out minor mantainance. Othger duties may be required. Mainly mornings but must be available Friday evenings, Saturday mornings, Sunday mornings during term time and on all Jewish festivals. Act as first point of call for alarm and emergency services. Some afternoon, evening and other weekend work required and this may be as overtime. Average hours pw 22. DBS will be required
