• Have an understanding of site security and Health & Safety in the workplace
• Have a general knowledge of cleaning, DIY and maintenance
• Work well within a team and as a lone worker
• Be organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure
• Behave in a warm, yet professional manner towards colleagues, pupils and visitors at all times, and contribute to the positive ethos of the schools and the Trust
