Our Client is looking for a Senior Site Manager to assist on a Major Project close to Blackpool. This is a £50m+ commercial project and will involve full cycle build from ground to completion.
The manager will need to have experience with large scale projects and be comfortable with Groundworks, Concrete and Steel Frames, Fit out and Externals.
Further experience required:
- Worked with Tier 1 or leading regional contractors
- Experience on Major projects or projects above £50m (full cycle)
- SMSTS, CSCS Black or White, First Aid
