Opportunity to join our expanding organisation, at our Leeds based office. We specifically seek new employees to join our document handling team. The team are responsible for preparing paper records for digital scanning.
We are dedicated team of document conversion specialists and are all an integral part of the "Gateway Bureau Services Ltd Community" with a diverse, complementary array of skills and abilities in delivering document processing services.
The role will focus on dismantling of physical files, documents and records in preparation for digital scanning. Manual dexterity skills and a strong attention to detail is desired.
Based in Beeston, just off the Dewsbury Road, we are near to local public transport links, close to other major routes and offer free onsite parking.
We are working with the NHS in providing digital image solutions for Hospital Trusts, GP Practices and Social Care Records.
As well as having dexterity skills, other Desirable Skills & Experience that we look for are:
Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
Careful & sympathetic treatment of documents.
A passion for “doing a good job”.
Enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

Hours of Work
It is expected that applicants will offer flexibility in the hours worked depending on our needs. Hours of Operation; Monday to Saturday between 7.30am and 7.00pm.
These positions are contractual for between 24 and 32 hours per week, ordinarily completed between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm with a rota system for days off.

PAY RATES & CONDITIONS
Hourly Rates after completion of training programme from £11.60 (aged 25 plus) with incentives to earn up to £13.50 per hour.
Permanent Position.
Flexible rota to hours worked.
Up to 28 days Holiday Entitlement, dependent on contracted days and hours.
Company Contribution Pension.
