Nuffield Health is the charity that's building a healthier nation, one day at a time. From award-winning hospitals and leisure facilities to flagship community programmes - we'll do whatever it takes to look after the UK's wellbeing. It starts with passion and commitment to quality. It starts with you.
The NEPR programme will change the way we work across Nuffield Health and put in place a new technology-enabled operating model for our hospitals, replacing many of the manual and paper/location-reliant processes. At the core of this will be an Electronic Patient Record (EPR), which will be used by our clinicians and staff using mobile and traditional devices throughout our hospitals, clinics and gyms, as well as from remote locations outside the Nuffield Health estate.
As the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician Deployment Specialist, you'll define and lead new ways of working along with a team of skilled pharmacy specialists to represent the pharmacy, medicines management and ePMA, helping to define the future.

-
Work with the deployment team, hospital change leads, change managers and heads of departments to analyse processes and clinical services for the Pharmacy department and EPMA requirement.
-
Work closely with the NEPR deployment team, you'll help to deliver all planned work activities, including process mapping, impact assessments, engagement, and readiness assessments across defined user groups to ensure the successful adoption of Trakcare into our hospitals.
-
Responsible for ensuring the Pharmacy dispensing, stock and EPMA elements of the system are usable and ready for implementation before going live in a site.
-
Coordinate the training of all pharmacy staff and partners and the transition to a live working solution.
