Receptionist
Pay rate £11.44 ph
Job Description
We are looking for a receptionist at our Healthy Living centres in Medway. This vacancy is for Rochester Healthy Living centre. The shifts are alternative shifts - 7.00am - 11.45 - and 12.30pm - 4.00pm. These shifts 4 hours 45 minutes Monday - Friday but overtime is sometimes required. You may need to cover at our other Medway sites if needed. You will need to be able to travel to all 4 sites across medway, sometimes at a short notice.
Duties will include.
-Answering the telephone in a professional manner.
-Directing patients to their appointments and handling appointment list.
-Assigning room keys to staff and clinics and ensuring keys are returned and accounted for.
-Replying to emails and carrying out task.
-Reporting building issues to our maintenance team
-Filling out incident and accident reports when required.
-Word and Excel experience.
-Singing visitors into the building.
-Filing documents
To be considered for the role you must demonstrate the following.
-Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator
-Professional telephone manner
-Able to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
-Driving License essential
