Summary

Hours: 15 hours per week to be worked flexibly when the groups run
Location: Colchester or Clacton but to work throughout north east Essex
The North East Essex Crisis Cafés provide support to those who are at risk of experiencing a mental health crisis. The Welcome cafes are part of a community offer which offers a supportive environment to people with mental health issues that may feel socially isolated.
The Welcome Café Co-ordinator will be responsible for delivering designated groups and/or activities. We are looking for an innovative individual who can build quick rapport and provide a warm, supportive environment for the people who attend.
You would also be involved with recruiting, training, supporting, and developing, Volunteers and Peer Mentors and developing the groups to reach a wider audience.
