- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Clear DBS

The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home involves:
- Ensuring that the care, welfare, and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard.
- Carrying out assessments and evaluations
- Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly.
- Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation and health and safety
- Mentoring junior member of staff
- Undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Home Manager
