This is an exciting opportunity for an IT/AV Modern Apprentice to join the University’s Information Services.

The successful candidate will train under the Modern Apprenticeship Programme to become a fully competent End User Technician. Through appropriate training and development, learn and advance the necessary skills, expertise and experience to provide assistance to the members of the End User Computing Technicians team.

Under the supervision and direction of the EUC Technicians Team Manager and other members of the team, the postholder will develop a full understanding and an ability to perform the key tasks and responsibilities of an EUC Technician.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and has funding for 3 years in the first instance.
