Crynodeb
To act as Commander Field Army (CFA) conscience, through Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff (DACOS) Performance and Force Protection (P&FP), by assuring CFA’s Duty of Care (and Operational Duty Holder) responsibilities at home and overseas.
This post will assure the Fd Army’s Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS), ensuring Fd Army activity is conducted in a safe and compliant manner to protect its people and the licence to operate. They will Act as the Fd Army focal point for Health and Safety (H&S), Environmental Protection (EP) and Fire Safety Management (FSM) policy. Liaise with Army Safety Group, Home Command, and external safety/Force Protection stakeholders. Ensure a consistent approach to SEMS across Fd Army through engagement with the Fd Army formations (Fmns).
