Job Title: Lettings Property Manager
Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday – 09:00 am till 17:00 pm
You will work as part of the Lettings Management Team, to assist in the delivery of high-quality
residential property management services across all portfolios.
You will have responsibility for the performance of the customer focused property management services. Provide the day-to-day drive to deliver best in class services in an efficient and cost-effective way. The job holder will be passionate about service delivery and ensure all activity is focused on adding value to our customer experience. The role will involve extensive customer interactions working to continually evolve and improve our service in line with our customers' expectations.
Main duties will include the following:
- Tenant and client liaison
- Repairs and maintenance management
- Marketing of void properties and asset management
- Management of rent reviews and notices
- Contractual property inspections
- Statutory compliance
- Legislative reviews and updates
- Formal training, where necessary, to meet legislative requirements.
- Client reporting
Applicants must have recent and extensive experience in a Lettings Property Management role, you must have a very customer focused approach to working and a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders. If you hold an ARLA Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management it would be a distinct advantage.
This is a permanent position with an immediate start available for the right candidate, the role represents a great opportunity to join a growing nationwide business who can offer good progression opportunities. The salary will be commensurate with experience up to £28k per annum.
