Residential Sales Manager Role:
As the Residential Sales Manager, you will lead and grow the sales team, driving performance and customer service excellence. This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of the local property market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to convert valuations into instructions.

Residential Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the Worcester sales team

  
  

• Conducting valuations and winning new instructions

  
  

• Driving property sales through effective marketing and negotiation

  
  

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve KPIs

  
  

• Building strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders

  
  

• Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring excellent customer service throughout

  
  

  What They Are Looking For:

  Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential estate agency sales

    
    

  • Proven track record of converting valuations and achieving targets

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

    
    

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

    
    

    Desirable:

    • Knowledge of Worcester and surrounding areas

      
      

    • Previous experience in a branch management or senior negotiator role
