We are currently offering an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an office administrator in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the office and assist the senior administrator with day-to-day tasks.
Some of the duties include filing and data entry, typing and proofing letters/quotes, coordinating travel for staff, processing credit card transactions, handling customer inquiries and mail shots, and managing sales order processing and stock control using Sage 100.
This is just a preview of what the job entails; it will involve a variety of tasks on a daily basis.
We are seeking someone experienced in administration who can work independently, think creatively, and demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and organization.
Applicants are required to have at least 2 years of administration experience and have excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft office – Word, Excel and Outlook. Shorthand typing skills would be an advantage. You must have an excellent, polite telephone manner.
Ongoing with opportunity to be permanent
You will be working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30 minute lunch break.
You will be paid an annual salary of £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
