In this role, you’ll be part of a friendly multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You’ll work with staff across the organisation and collaborate with a range of external partners. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
• Continuously assess and maintain the security of IT infrastructure
• Monitor systems for signs of security breaches and investigate alerts
• Provide technical security support and training to users
• Assist with IT audits and work towards Cyber Essentials Plus certification
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in maintaining the security of IT infrastructure, including firewalls, network switches, servers, VM environments, client machines, and cloud services.
• Proficiency in security-related software and tools, understanding of secure network architectures, experience with encryption and security protocols, and familiarity with threat modelling and risk assessments.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to identify security threats and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to explain complex security issues to non-technical staff and provide security training and awareness.
• Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team and collaborating with a range of external partners.
