Summary
The Older Adult Community Mental Health Team within Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Band 6, CMHN to join the North Locality Team. The team work with patients over the age of 65 who require assessments for or have either functional or organic mental illness.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team as Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse. The right candidate will be enthusiastic and a highly organised mental health professional who is able to provide high quality nursing care and assessment in a nurse-led model of service.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Community Mental Health Nursing Service across a whole range of clients experiencing mental ill health and dementia.
You will work within an established Multi-Disciplinary Team and attend regular MDT and team meetings.
