We are looking for a Water Data Coordinator to join our successful Water Services team. This role is HOMEBASED/KIRKHAM OFFICE LOCATION role.

Role

The Water Department is looking to recruit a data coordinator to join our growing team. The team are responsible for providing audit and procurement services for clients with the goal of delivering cost savings and improved levels of service. Reporting to the Head of Water Procurement, the successful candidate will be confident in dealing with internal account managers, suppliers and customers, have experience using CRMs and good IT skills.

Responsibilities

The primary function of the role is to collate data provided for water audits and upcoming procurement tenders. The responsibilities include: -

  • Maintaining up to date records of all audit work including: Sale / Order information including terms of the audit
  • Tracking progress of audit
  • Allocation of work to internal team
  • Collation of site, supply and invoice information Obtaining up to date site records
  • Collating supplier and wholesale tariff information
  • Obtaining and recording invoice information
  • Updating all collated information in to internal documents and CRM system
  • Production of reports to pass onto audit surveyors
  • Provision of MI reporting where required to line manager in an agreed format.
  • Recording / updating processes where necessary.
  • Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel essential)

  • Water Industry experience
